During the production process, ordinary sieve nets have poor wear resistance. I. Customizing for Multiple Equipment to Build an Integrated Solution
Zhicheng Polyurethane Sieve Nets and a certain mining equipment company in Kunming have been collaborating closely. Based on the operating characteristics and screening requirements of different mining machinery, they custom-design suitable sieve nets for core equipment such as jaw crushers, cone crushers, and vibrating screens. At the beginning of the project, the two sides formed a joint technical team and went deep into the mine frontline to conduct several months of research and analysis on ore characteristics and equipment operating conditions. According to the collected data, Zhicheng's R & D personnel accurately calculated the optimal aperture, tension, material thickness, and other parameters required for sieve nets at different stages.
